COVID-19 Update

Here at Grange Farm we have done everything possible to be as COVID compliant as possible.

• The Government recommends a well ventilated shop. To comply with this we have removed the front section of the shop to allow air to circulate protecting our customers and staff.

• We have added new handwashing facilities to allow all customers to wash their hands prior to picking. We have installed foot operated taps to minimise the amount of contact surfaces customers touch. We have received a great deal of positive customer feedback regarding the foot operated taps.

• Screens are installed within the shop to separate our staff and customers as well as moving the ice-creams and drinks behind the till to minimise the handling of products.

• We are all still learning and adapting to the changing rules and although we had a safe and successful 2020 season we are always open to new ideas that will enable us to improve our services.
